This is according to Artem Lysohor, the head of the Luhansk regional military administration.
Lysohor stated, "The occupiers face substantial losses, especially in the Lyman-Kupyansk direction. When the invaders' assault group attempts to seize a position, it experiences about a 60% loss in equipment, not to mention personnel. When these metrics reach a critical point for the enemy, they require up to two or three days to regroup."
Lysohor noted that the Russian Federation is replenishing its reserves with former prisoners, maintaining the recruitment process.
He mentioned that personnel departments at coal mining enterprises in the so-called "LPR" are revoking miners' reservations. Individuals are compelled to submit relevant documents 'voluntarily'.
It is also disclosed that medical commissions from the Russian Federation will inspect mines in early March, determining the prioritized individuals for mobilization, as emphasized by Lysohor.
Furthermore, Lysohor revealed that occupiers pledged heating for Severodonetsk residents in the fall of 2022. Then they claimed everything would be operational after a whole year had passed.
Lysohor remarked, "There are still a few days until the spring of 2024. The city started testing the boiler room for the first time. It is in circulation mode because the centralized heating system has been destroyed in many areas. Therefore, the spring will not be warm either."
