Russian army attacks 4 districts in Donetsk region, killing 2 civilians
On August 15, Russian forces killed two people in Zoria and Maksymilianivka, Donetsk region. Shelling damaged private houses and high-rise buildings
Vadym Filashkin, the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, reports.
In total, Russians fired 10 times at localities in the Donetsk region over the last day. 2,417 people, including 217 children, were evacuated from the front line.
In the Volnovakha district, 2 houses were damaged in Bohoiavlenka of Vuhledar community.
In the Pokrovsk district, a person died in Maksymilianivka of the Marinka community. Kurakhove also came under fire twice. The outskirts of Myrnohrad and Dobropil communities are under fire. In addition, Hrodivka and the outskirts of the community are under constant shelling.
In the Kramatorsk district, 4 houses were destroyed in the Lyman community in Torske, 2 houses were damaged in Brusivka, and 1 house was destroyed and 1 damaged in Zarichne. Also in Kostiantynivska community, 17 houses in Mykolayivka were damaged, as well as a tractor and a car in Viroliubivka. In Zoria Illinivska community, 1 person was killed and 3 objects were damaged.
In the Bakhmut district, 2 houses were damaged in Toretsk. In the Chasiv Yar community, 10 private houses, 2 multi-storey buildings and a non-residential building were damaged. A house was damaged in Siversk.
- On the night of August 15, the Russian army launched attack UAVs and three Kh-59 missiles at Ukraine. Ukrainian air defense destroyed all 29 drones.
