According to him, the Russians are taking risks and pulling their resources to the front line, probably fearing a weakening of their own positions, which could lead to a counteroffensive by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

“This tactic may be related to the Russians' fear of possible localized operations by Ukraine, similar to the one in the Belgorod region. This makes them pull all available forces and equipment to the front. On the other hand, they fear that the Ukrainian Armed Forces could conduct a military operation anywhere in Russia's border areas.
