A high-ranking Russian representative, Kirill Dmitriev, stated that new contacts between Russia and the U.S. could take place as early as next week

This was reported by the state propaganda agency TASS.

Additionally, Dmitriev claims that the Russian Direct Investment Fund is seeing a large number of requests from American companies to return to Russia, both in the energy sector and other industries.

International expert Maksym Nesvitailov believes that to force Russia to quickly agree to a full ceasefire, the United States should arm Ukraine as much as possible.
