Ukrainian politician: Trump can't blame Ukraine for failed peace talks
Viktor Trehubov, spokesperson for the Khortytsia Operational-Strategic Grouping of Forces, stated this, according to Suspilne Donbas.
According to Trehubov, there are reliable engineering fortifications in that area, along with a functioning “drone line” and skilled infantry forces.
“If you move east from Pokrovsk—still within the Pokrovsk direction—and look at the Pokrovsk–Kostiantynivka highway, the Russians are actively trying to advance toward it and cross it. This is roughly halfway between the two cities, not an urban area but mostly fields and small settlements. That’s where they’re currently making efforts to cut the road, and, accordingly, they’re being resisted,” the spokesperson explained.
