“Following the strike of a Russian drone on the apartment building, fire engulfed apartments on the top fifth floor and partially on the third and fourth floors. As of now, rescue and emergency services are still working. There are fatalities and critically injured individuals. Doctors are doing everything possible to save the wounded. We are preparing temporary accommodations for Ternopil residents whose apartments were affected. Details will follow,” he wrote at 3:56 a.m.
