
Russian attack on Sumy outskirts leaves three dead, 11 injured
On May 6, the Russian occupation army attacked the suburbs of Sumy. The attack killed three people and injured eleven, including children

Russia struck the outskirts of Sumy around 5:30 PM. Preliminary information suggests the Russian army targeted civilian infrastructure with a ballistic missile.
As a result of the attack, a child was killed, and six people were injured. Most of the injured are children, one of whom is in very serious condition.
As of 6:35 p.m., updated information has emerged that a 20-year-old woman, not a child, died.
Seven victims are currently known, including one woman and six children.
At 7:39 p.m., the acting mayor of Sumy, Artem Kobzar, said that 3 people were killed in the Russian strike: a young woman died at the scene, a man and a boy died in the hospital.
The State Emergency Service of Ukraine informed that as of 7:45 p.m. the number of casualties had increased to 11.
