Russian army loses 2 air defense systems, 1,300 soldiers, 9 tanks in one day in Ukraine
During the past day, the Russian forces lost at least 1,300 soldiers in the war against Ukraine. Ukrainian forces eliminated 29 Russian artillery systems and 2 air defense systems

This is reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The total Russian combat losses from 24.02.22 to 13.10.24 were approximately:
- personnel – about 668,930 (+1,300)
- tanks ‒ 8971 (+9)
- armored personnel vehicles ‒ 17,876 (+49)
- artillery systems – 19410 (+29)
- MLRS – 1231 (+1)
- air defense systems ‒ 978 (+2)
- aircraft – 369(+0)
- helicopters – 329 (+0)
- UAVs of the operational-tactical level – 16992 (+45)
- cruise missiles ‒ 2619 (+0)
- warships/boats ‒ 28 (+0)
- submarines – 1 (+0)
- vehicles and fuel tanks – 26584 (+71)
- special equipment ‒ 3435 (+1)
The General Staff added that the data is being updated.
- On October 11, the Russian army lost multiple military equipment units, as well as almost 1,300 soldiers.
