Russian forces using former Luhansk Powder Plant as military repair base — partisans

The Atesh partisan movement reported the information on the Telegram channel.

According to the partisans, the area is heavily guarded: surveillance cameras and guard posts have been set up, and the perimeter is surrounded by barbed wire.

"Although there is no direct military presence visible in the footage, the level of security confirms that the facility is actively being used in military logistics," the Atesh movement states.

The agents also regularly report communication problems near the facility.

• Earlier, the Atesh partisans noted that there is increasingly less activity in the South Bay of Sevastopol — the port is emptying, and the movement of military and civilian transport has been decreasing year by year.
