Russia unleashes 130 missiles, over 320 Shaheds, and nearly 900 KABs on Ukraine in March alone — Zelenskyy
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that since the beginning of March, Russians have launched 130 missiles, over 320 Shaheds and almost 900 KAB bombs against Ukraine
He made the statement on Telegram.
"Every day and every night, Russia is waging a terrorist war against our people, against ordinary cities and villages of Ukraine with drones, missiles and guided bombs. Since the beginning of this March alone, Russian troops have used 130 missiles of various types, more than 320 Shaheds and almost 900 guided bombs," he said.
But while Ukraine has proven that it can conduct a decent air-to-air defense and shoot down enemy threats in the air, there is still a great need for additional air defense capabilities.
"We need more protection - a very realistic number of air defense systems that our partners have. The Patriots and other systems should do what they were designed to do, which is to protect lives, not to gather dust in storage. And I thank everyone in the world who understands this and helps us save lives. Russian terror must lose," Zelenskyy wrote.
