This was reported by the Atesh resistance movement.
"Atesh agents conducted surveillance in the bays of Sevastopol, during which it was noted that Russia is using BM-21 Grad and TOR air defense systems to repel air and sea attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces," the statement said.
According to the guerrillas, the Russian forces are trying to use Grad to destroy the naval drones used by the Ukrainian Defense Forces to attack the ships of the Russian Black Sea Fleet.
"As practice shows, this tactic is more likely to fail than to succeed," Atesh added.
- On 24 January, the Atesh guerrillas reported that a Russian large landing ship had arrived in the temporarily occupied Sevastopol.
