Russia targets Kherson region with drones: woman killed, eight people wounded

The attack in the village of Odradokamyanka was reported by the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office.

According to the investigation, on December 10, at around 06:00, the Russian troops attacked the village of Odradokamyanka, Beryslav district, with a drone.

A 74-year-old woman was killed as a result of the explosive drop.

‘Under the procedural supervision of the Beryslav District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation was initiated in criminal proceedings over a war crime that caused the death of people (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine),’ the statement said.

Later, the Kherson Regional Military Administration reported an attack in the village of Antonivka, Kherson region. As a result, an 82-year-old woman sustained explosive trauma, shrapnel wounds to her shoulder, leg, and chest.

A 78-year-old man was also taken to hospital with an explosive injury and shrapnel wound to his leg.

Later it was reported that the Russian soldiers dropped explosives from a drone in Kherson, as a result of which a 34-year-old man sustained explosive trauma and shrapnel wounds to both legs, a 49-year-old man was diagnosed with explosive trauma and concussion, and a 74-year-old resident of Kherson sustained explosive trauma and shrapnel wounds to his foot.

A 69-year-old woman was injured in a UAV attack in Kindiyka. She was taken to hospital with an explosive injury and a leg wound.

The Kherson Military Command informed that at 13:00, Russia attacked Antonivka with a drone.

‘A 67-year-old man who was near his house was hit by the enemy. The victim was hospitalized with an explosive injury and shrapnel wounds to both legs,’ the statement said.

Later, the Regional Military Administration reported that Russia attacked Antonivka again with a UAV at 15:30. A 48-year-old man was injured in the attack, he sustained explosive and open head injuries. He was taken to hospital.
