Russia shells Kramatorsk: man killed, his daughter wounded

At the same time, Novosti Donbassa reports that the occupiers launched a missile attack on Kramatorsk, hitting an administrative building. According to journalists, there are problems with electricity in the city. "Kramatorsk power distribution company reports that due to an emergency shutdown, the Sotsmisto district was partially left without power supply," the publication writes.

• On January 21, the Russian troops shelled Kurakhove and Krasnohorivka in the Donetsk region. Two people died and one was wounded as a result of the attacks.
