The Chairman of Russia’s State Duma, Vyacheslav Volodin, made the statement.
Today, February 1, Russia’s State Duma plans to appeal to US congressmen over the alleged downing of the Il-76 aircraft by an American Patriot system.
"They should know into whose hands the American weapons sent to Ukraine by President Biden fall and how they are used," Volodin wrote.

Yesterday, Putin said that the Il-76 military transport plane was shot down by a Patriot system and promised to allow international experts to investigate.
