In the last three days, Russia has conducted over 200 assault actions daily. This number of Russiab attacks is the highest three-day activity recorded this year. The Russian army continues to exert pressure in the Kupiansk, Lyman, Toretsk, Vremivka, and Kursk directions.
The most difficult situation remains in the Pokrovsk direction, where the intensity of Russian attacks has reached the level seen in the second half of January. Back then, from January 16 to 31, Ukraine's territorial losses were seven times greater than during the entire month of March in that section of the front.
- According to the Ukrainian General Staff’s report on March 28, 116 combat clashes were recorded on the front over the past day. In the Pokrovsk direction, Russia attacked Ukrainian forces 50 times. In the Kupiansk direction, Russia stormed Ukrainian positions three times near Zahryzove and toward Bohuslavka; one combat clash is still ongoing. In the Lyman direction, the Russian army attacked nine times near Nadiya, Yampolivka, and toward Hrekivka, Novyi, and Novomykhailivka; six combat clashes are still ongoing.
