Later he clarified that the strikes hit four administrative districts of Kharkiv.

Be careful - there are still glide bombs in the air,’ he said.

Later, the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, added that two aerial bombs had been spotted in the Saltivsky district of Kharkiv.

Terekhov also reported a hit in the Kyivskyi district of Kharkiv.

Reactions

‘The targets for Russian bombs are a residential building, a bakery, a stadium... That is the ordinary life of ordinary people. Russia is a terrorist and confirms this every day with its own actions, its choice to fight and try to expand the war,’ Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in response to the Russian bombardment of Kharkiv.

Ukraine's Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha also reacted to the attack on Kharkiv, saying that ‘there will be no future without a victory over Russian aggression’.

‘While world leaders are gathering at the UN General Assembly to discuss the future of the world, Russia has struck a residential building in Kharkiv with a powerful guided aerial bomb. There are dead and wounded. The world must understand that there will be no future without a victory over Russian aggression,’ he said.
