Russia claims UAV attack on Kursk region
Roman Starovoyt, Governor of Russia's Kursk Region, reported a drone attack on February 4, which he alleged caused damage to communications facilities

According to the governor, communications infrastructure facilities were damaged in the village of Tetkine, Glushkivsky district, as a result of a UAV attack.
As usual, the Russian authorities accused Ukraine of an attack on the region.
"As soon as it is safe to do so, emergency crews will start restoring them," Starovoit added.
- A day earlier, explosions were heard in three other Russian regions and air defense systems were activated due to an alleged drone attack. A fire broke out at an oil refinery in Volgograd.
