Russian Human Rights Ombudsman Tatyana Moskalkova says Russia and Ukraine have agreed to exchange parcels for prisoners of war before the New Year

On December 5, Dmytro Lubinets, the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights, spoke about the meeting with Moskalkova and expressed hope that the results would be available before the New Year.
"We hope that thanks to our efforts and the efforts of our partners, we will gradually be able to agree on something... We had our first meeting, which was attended by Moskalkova, myself and representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross. I really hope that by the New Year, Ukrainian society will see what this meeting has brought," Lubinets said.
- On December 2, Tatyana Moskalkova accused Ukraine of allegedly delaying the exchange of prisoners. Ukrainian Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets denied the information.
