Oleh Syniehubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, reported the information.
According to him, the shelling killed two people and wounded two others.
"Today at 10:00 a.m., Russians attacked a car and a private house in Zolochiv village, Bohodukhiv district. The attack killed a civilian man and a woman who were in the car," he wrote.
"Three other cars that were near the hit site also caught fire - a 77-year-old man and a 74-year-old woman were injured," the official added.
The Russian occupying army also attacked Kharkiv on the morning of May 1. A private house was probably hit.
