Ukraine and Hungary agree on consultations to unblock EU talks
Reuters reported that European Union foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas on Wednesday cautioned that Moscow remains unreliable, following a phone conversation between U.S.
President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin, which led to a temporary Russian pledge to halt attacks on Ukrainian energy infrastructure.
Speaking to reporters in Brussels, Kallas emphasized skepticism about Russia's intentions. "If you read the two readouts from the call, it is clear that ... Russia does not really want to make any kind of concessions," she said.
