The Atesh guerrilla movement reported the information on Telegram.
“There is a panic in the units of the Russian Black Sea Fleet now - according to our information, in early April, a directive was received from the top to apply additional security measures at military facilities on the peninsula,” the guerrillas say.
According to Atesh, BARS reservists in civilian clothes are conducting covert patrols in Sevastopol bays, and security is being tightened and attempts are being made to hide equipment.
In addition, all days off for the military have been canceled.
