Nearly 200 clashes in one day at Russian-Ukrainian, most focused on Kurakhove

In the past day, 198 combat clashes occurred between Ukrainian and Russian forces. Russian troops concentrated their fiercest attacks in the Kurakhove, Pokrovsk, and Lyman directions

Yesterday, Russian forces launched a single missile strike, followed by 44 airstrikes, utilizing 78 guided aerial bombs. In total, 3,059 rounds were fired, including 123 shots from multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS).

Russian airstrikes targeted 21 settlements across Ukraine.

Ukrainian air, missile, and artillery units struck four concentrations of Russian troops, hit three Russian control points, and destroyed an engineering structure.

Frontline update

Kharkiv direction: Two Russian attacks were reported near Tykhe.

Kupyansk direction: Russian forces launched 26 assaults, which were successfully repelled by Ukrainian forces in the areas of Synkivka, Stepova Novoselivka, Kruhlyakivka, Kolisnykivka, Holubivka, Petropavlivka, Pershotravneve, Lozova, and Vyshneve.

Lyman direction: Ukrainian troops repelled 37 attacks by Russian forces near Novoyehorivka, Novolyubivka, Hrekivka, Nevske, Terny, Yampolivka, Torske, and Zarichne. Russian efforts focused mainly on Nevske, where they carried out an additional eight assaults.

Siversk direction: The Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled three Russian assaults near Verkhnokamianske.

Kramatorsk direction: Russian troops tried four times to breach Ukrainian defenses near Orikhovo-Vasylivka and Dyliivka.

Toretsk direction: Russian forces launched three attacks near Shcherbynivka.

Pokrovsk direction: Ukrainian defenders repelled 40 Russian assaults near Myrolyubivka, Promin, Myrnohrad, Lysivka, Selydove, Hrodivka, Novotroitske, and Novopavlivka.

Kurakhove direction: Intense fighting occurred as Ukrainian forces repelled 50 Russian assaults near Izmailivka, Hirnyk, Zoryane, Kurakhivka, Tsukuryne, Novodmytrivka, Novoselydivka, Antonivka, Kostiantynivka, Katerynivka, Heorhiivka, and Vodyane. Russian troops were most active near Heorhiivka, Novodmytrivka, and Antonivka.

Vremivka direction: Three Russian attacks were repelled near Bohoyavlenka.

Orikhiv direction: Two combat clashes took place near Mala Tokmachka and Novodanylivka.

Kherson direction: Eight Russian assaults were unsuccessful.

Along the Belarusian border, the situation remains unchanged with no signs of Russian offensive group formations.

In the Kursk region, Russian aircraft conducted 12 airstrikes within their own territory, dropping 16 guided bombs.

  • In the last 24 hours, Russian forces lost 1,210 soldiers. Ukrainian forces destroyed 13 Russian tanks and 44 armored vehicles.
