The Moscow mayor, Sergey Sobyanin, reported on the afternoon of May 21 about the shooting down of four drones that allegedly flew toward the Russian capital.
He wrote about this on Telegram.
At 13:18, Sobyanin stated that the Russian Ministry of Defense’s air defense systems "repelled an attack by three drones flying toward Moscow." Emergency services were working at the sites where debris had fallen, according to him.
"Another drone flying toward Moscow was destroyed by the Ministry of Defense’s air defense forces. Specialists from emergency services are working at the debris site," Sobyanin informed at 16:25.
