Responding to Kremlin comments that Russia considers itself at war due to Western aid to Ukraine, Macron said it would be a mistake to think that Russia plans to end its aggression in Donbas and Crimea.
"By using this term, one is also even opening up uncertainty about Russia's military objectives," he added.
