European Parliament to open permanent office in Ukraine — Metsola

European Parliament President Roberta Metsola arrived in Kyiv on September 17. Speaking to the Ukrainian parliament, she announced the opening of a permanent European Parliament office in Ukraine.

“We will continue building bridges between Ukraine and Europe. To this end, we have opened a new European Parliament office right here in the heart of Kyiv, bringing Europe closer to the Ukrainian people. I am very proud of this decision - it will serve as the voice of the European Parliament on the ground, working with you, listening to you, and supporting your country on its path to peace and EU membership,” Metsola emphasized.
