Mandatory evacuation of 18 more settlements announced in Kharkiv region
On Thursday, March 7, the Kharkiv Regional Defense Council decided to evacuate 18 more settlements in the Kupyansk district

The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported the information.
"The Kharkiv Regional Defense Council supported the mandatory evacuation of children with their parents or persons in loco parentis or other legal representatives from 18 settlements of the Velykyi Bukluk and Vilkhuvatka territorial communities," the statement said.
It noted that as of March 7, 110 children live in the Velykyi Bukluk community, and 51 in the Vilkhuvatka community. In addition, residents of 56 settlements in the Kupyansk district will be forcibly evacuated due to the intensification of Russian shelling of civilians.

Earlier, the parents of 225 children from the Kupyansk community refused the mandatory evacuation.
