Macron's statements: Russia is not the only one that can raise stakes

Let's take a sober look at the situation

The presence of foreign troops on the territory of Ukraine will be legitimate only if approved by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the basis of Article 85, paragraph 23 of the Constitution of Ukraine.

A special case may be the deployment of UN "blue helmets" forces without the consent of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the basis of a UN Security Council resolution.

Otherwise, this would be considered aggression against Ukraine, and would be no different from what Russia has been doing to Ukraine since at least 2014.

Of course, so far, no one has sent foreign troops to help Ukraine. But I like the discussion started by French President Macron.

It turned out that not only Moscow is capable of raising the stakes.
