Kremlin offers to classify activities of its puppet authorities to conceal crimes
Russia is considering a bill that would classify information about the activities of puppet authorities, including those in the occupied Luhansk region
Artem Lysohor, head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, reports.
According to him, this will allow concealing the crimes of the Russian forces, including war crimes.
In addition, in the occupied territories, Russians have already restricted access to information on the socio-economic situation of regions that have a catastrophic budget deficit.
“The effect of the fake news that Russians have been spreading for ten years, saying that these regions were the most economically developed, is gradually fading when people see the real figures. They will be classified,” said Lysohor.
In addition, the Kremlin plans to restrict access to personal data of officials and security forces.
“Because most Russians refuse to go to the so-called LPR to work in leadership positions because of the high mortality rate among officials and militants,” explained the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration.
- Russian-installed authorities in occupied Ukrainian territories are preparing for the 2026 Duma elections, with a focus on orchestrating manipulations primarily in the Luhansk and Donetsk regions.
