Russia's state media, RIA Novosti and TASS, reported the information.
Peskov said that “no peace summit on Ukraine involving Russia is being prepared.” He added that while Russia is open to discussions with the Ukrainian authorities, it “cannot trust them.”
Peskov also mentioned that no agenda acceptable to Moscow has been proposed for a potential conference on Ukraine.
Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted that since most countries want Russia to be part of the second peace summit, Ukraine cannot oppose this participation.
He also reminded that Ukraine must prepare a plan based on the peace formula by the end of November. This plan will emphasize, among other things, the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
