This is according to Nazar Voloshyn, spokesman for the Khortytsia operational and strategic grouping of forces.
He said up to 600 occupying Russian troops are heading to Luhansk.
"The enemy is moving in civilian cars from Tula to Luhansk. There are up to 600 people," Voloshyn stated.
He noted that the invaders disguise themselves because military vehicles are immediately targeted, while civilian ones are not.
Voloshyn explained the purpose of this tactic is to move and equip reserves for future assaults in Luhansk and Donetsk regions.
- On May 20, the Defense Forces of Ukraine hit a Russian fuel and lubricant warehouse in the occupied Luhansk region for the third time in a month.
