He spoke about this on Espreso TV.

“We see everything that is happening in the Belgorod region. We see all the Russian launchers, all their artillery, all the groups that are moving there. We see 14 Pantsir systems that the enemy has used to protect their installations so that we cannot reach them with Ukrainian drones. That is why from the first day of our stay in the Kharkiv region we realized that we need to reach out to our American friends to allow us to hit military targets in the Russian Federation with the same ATACMS,” emphasized the deputy commander of the Achilles battalion of the 92nd Air Assault Brigade.

According to him, everyone is already talking about it, and yesterday, May 26, Americans came to Kharkiv, filmed a video near the Epicenter and the printing house and also said that it was necessary to hit military targets in Russia.

“The situation here is complicated because Kharkiv is close to the border with Russia, and the enemy, after walking 7-8 km, returns to its territory, regroups, and new Russian forces come again. We can only reach them a little bit with artillery and drones in some places. However, drones cannot penetrate 14 armors, because you need a lot of drones to completely knock out all their missile stocks to the armors, and then hit them. We need more serious weapons here - high-precision missiles. I think that sooner or later this issue will be resolved and then the situation will change. At the moment, without destroying the enemy's rear, we will not be able to stop the enemy and retake our territories,” Oles Maliarevych summarized.

  • The Ukrainian Armed Forces General Staff reported that as of the evening of May 26, the situation in the Kupyansk and Pokrovsk directions remained the most difficult. The Russian army storms Ukrainian positions and suffers heavy losses.
