This was reported by Vladyslav Voloshyn, the spokesman for the Southern Ukrainian Defense Forces, during a telethon.
"The use of FPV drones and reconnaissance drones has grown noticeably — it has almost doubled and, in some cases, tripled. Additionally, the volume of ammunition used in artillery shelling has nearly doubled," Voloshyn stated.
He suggested that one possible reason for the rise in enemy activity is the Russian goal to capture the southern part of the Donetsk region and reach the administrative border with Dnipropetrovsk region.
- Russian forces are constantly launching attacks in the Kherson area, aiming to establish control over the island zones near the city.
