Ukraine's Minister of Energy, Herman Halushchenko, revealed the information on the United News telethon.
He stated, "Grossi will come to Ukraine shortly, possibly visiting the Zaporizhzhia NPP. The world is closely watching. The presence of Russians poses a constant threat."
The last visit by the IAEA head to Ukraine occurred in June 2023.
Halushchenko expressed growing concerns about the deteriorating situation at the Zaporizhzhia NPP.
Although Russian forces permitted expert access on the third attempt, he noted, "this doesn't change the overall picture."
In a recent update, the IAEA reported that Russian forces had again taken control of the Zaporizhzhia NPP and were impeding access to specific facilities.
