She said this at a press conference on the work of the energy efficiency fund, reports Espreso correspondent Natalia Starepravo.
In particular, the ambassador told how she reacts to the latest shelling of the territory of Ukraine by Russians. According to her, it is clear that Moscow does not intend to stop terror.
"I live here (in Kyiv, - ed.) and I also go down to the shelter. I also wake up to explosions. And it is clear that Moscow does not intend to stop terror. We hope that the 18th package of sanctions that was presented to the EU can help force Moscow to stop terror," said Mathernová.
