This was reported by the HUR press service.

HUR received:

  • Crew name lists, including positions, qualifications, and physical fitness levels;
  • Combat orders for the crew;
  • The ship’s combat layout, system diagrams for survivability, and crew organizational charts;
  • Instructions for cabin and cockpit procedures, evacuating the wounded, moving cargo, towing, and other duties;
  • Engineering documents, including a report on a deformed radio beacon, with names of commission members and the companies involved in the study.

Intelligence also obtained an excerpt from the ship’s schedule book. This detailed document outlines the submarine’s daily combat and routine operations, according to the agency.

Borey-A class subs are a key part of the Kremlin’s nuclear triad. Each carries 16 launch tubes for R-30 Bulava-30 intercontinental ballistic missiles, with each missile capable of holding up to 10 warheads.

Knyaz Pozharsky officially joined the 31st submarine division of Russia’s Northern Fleet on July 24, 2025. It is stationed in Gadzhiyevo, Murmansk region. Vladimir Putin personally accepted it into active duty.

"The intelligence we gathered reveals the features and technical limits not only of the Knyaz Pozharsky, but also of other Project 955A submarines, which are critical to sustaining the imperial myth of the Russian aggressor state," HUR noted.

  • Ukrainian intelligence has also released components of a new Russian drone used for reconnaissance and as a decoy to expose and overload Ukrainian air defense systems.
