The representative of the German Foreign Ministry stated this, NTV reports.
The Foreign Ministry spokesman noted that Russia attacks targets across Ukraine daily and is also attempting to destroy infrastructure in the western part of the country.
"Therefore, I do not know where there could be a safe place in Ukraine," he emphasized.
- Previously, the leader of the German regional party Christian Social Union (CSU), Alexander Dobrindt, called for the deportation of Ukrainian refugees if they do not have jobs. "More than two years after the outbreak of the war, this principle should apply: find a job in Germany or return to the safe areas of western Ukraine," he stated.
- On May 25, German Interior Minister Nancy Feser expressed concern about the large influx of Ukrainian refugees into Germany. She suggested that they should be evenly distributed among all European countries.
