Russia forces hit residential area in Kharkiv, injuring civilians

The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, noted that the city center was under attack and warned of the threat of repeated launches.
"The enemy struck several times, including residential buildings in the central part of Kharkiv," he wrote.
Later, Ihor Terekhov wrote that "it is known about a strike on a residential high-rise in the city center". Syniehubov noted that there was no information about the victims.
Prior to the reports of explosions, the Air Force warned of the threat of enemy use of guided aerial bombs.
Later, Ihor Terekhov said that the Russian forces hit a 12-storey building and garages, causing a fire.
"The 10th floor of an apartment block was hit. There was no fire. We are now going door-to-door and searching for possible victims. At the site of the other hit, we have hit garages - about 10 of them are on fire. A multi-storey building was damaged," Terekhov wrote.
As of 5:05 p.m., Oleh Synuiehubov told about 9 victims.
“According to preliminary data, there are 9 victims. All of them are slightly injured, acute stress reaction,” said the regional head.
At 5:26 p.m., it was reported that the number of victims had increased to 15 people, including two children. Two people were also hospitalized.
“Among the injured are a 28-year-old man in serious condition and a 78-year-old woman in moderate condition. They are hospitalized. 5 people with acute stress reaction. Among them are two children aged 8 and 12. One child was hospitalized with minor injuries,” wrote Oleh Syniehubov.
