Ukraine addresses Russia's participation in second Peace Summit
Ukrainian Foreign Minister says Ukraine does not seek direct contact with Russia at the Global Peace Summit, but Russian participation could follow the Black Sea Grain Initiative model

"We have a very successful experience of negotiating the Black Sea Grain Initiative. Back then, Ukraine negotiated with Turkey and the UN, then Turkey and the UN negotiated with Russia. The agreement looked like a document signed between Turkey, the UN and Ukraine, as well as Turkey, the UN and Russia," Kuleba said.
The minister noted that the Ukrainian side does not seek direct contacts with Russia in view of all the crimes of the aggressor country, whose strategic goal remains the destruction of the Ukrainian state.
- The Ukrainian President's Office does not rule out Russia's participation in the next Peace Summit if Russia "does not dictate its terms, but listens to the community."
