Borrell spends morning in shelter due to Russian attack on Ukraine's Kyiv
EU High Representative Josep Borrell stated that he began Monday morning, November 11, in a shelter in Kyiv due to a Russian attack

“Starting my day in Kyiv in the shelter, as Russia unleashes another missile attack,” Borrell wrote.
He emphasized that this is a daily reality for the Ukrainian people since Russia's full-scale invasion.
- On November 10, the head of the EU's diplomacy arrived in Ukraine for the last time in his post.
- That same evening, Russian troops launched attack UAVs and missiles at Ukraine. At night, explosions occurred in Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, and Mykolaiv, with casualties and injuries reported.
