Azov Chief of Staff Krotevych reveals Russia’s plans if Pokrovsk is occupied
Chief of Staff of the Azov Brigade, Bohdan Krotevych, said that in case of occupation of Pokrovsk, Donetsk region, Russian forces will attack Sloviansk and Kramatorsk
He discussed the topic with the Times.
Krotevych indicated that if the situation remains unchanged, Russia would move from Pokrovsk to Sloviansk and Kramatorsk. He noted that while these towns were under a "soft occupation" in 2014, this time the occupation would not be as lenient.
According to him, the loss of Pokrovsk should not mean the loss of Ukraine or even Donbas, but time is running out to change course.
At the same time, the fighter noted that Russian troops are suffering significantly higher losses than the Ukrainian army. However, despite these losses, they continue to arrive. In Kursk, they are deploying artillery and brigades to maintain their positions.
