This was reported by the local Telegram channel Crimean Wind and the Russian channel ASTRA.
As a result of the attack, the territory of Russia's military unit 85683 sustained damage, and the commander Alexander Kulakov, along with another serviceman, were killed. There are reports of wounded, but the exact number is still unknown.
Preliminary, the attack was carried out by Storm Shadow missiles, ASTRA writes.

The 3rd Radio Engineering Regiment is a military formation within the radio engineering troops of the Russian Aerospace Forces. It was formed in 2014 after the annexation of Crimea by Russia. The headquarters is located in the city of Sevastopol.
