543 Ukrainian children killed, 1,296 injured due to Russian aggression

As of April 18, the Prosecutor General's Office reports that since the start of the full-scale invasion, 543 children have died and 1,296 have been injured as a result of Russian aggression

The Prosecutor General's Office confirms that.

At least 543 children have lost their lives, and more than 1,296 have suffered injuries of varying severity.

The regions most affected by casualties among children are as follows:

On April 15, a 9-year-old boy lost his life due to shelling in Tokmak, Zaporizhzhia region. On the same day, a 16-year-old girl was wounded in Kizomys village, Kherson region, during shelling by Russian troops.

Furthermore, on April 17, four children aged 13 to 17 sustained injuries as a result of enemy shelling in Chernihiv.
