143 combat clashes occur at front, Russia attacks in several sectors

Ukraine's General Staff reported the information.

According to updated information, the Russian army launched an Iskander-M missile attack on Ukrainian positions and settlements yesterday. Additionally, there were 80 air strikes, including the deployment of 117 KABs. Russia also conducted 4,323 attacks, with 167 of these coming from multiple launch rocket systems, and carried out air strikes near 23 settlements.

Over the past day, Ukrainian aviation, missile troops and artillery hit Russia's pontoon ferry, a command post, one air defense system, eight guns at firing positions, 11 areas of personnel, weapons and military equipment concentration and two other important objects of the Russian invaders.

Frontline update

In the Kharkiv direction, Russian troops conducted four attacks near Vovchansk. Their aircraft launched two attacks with five anti-aircraft missiles against civilian infrastructure.

In the Kupyansk direction, Russian forces attacked eight times over the day. The Ukrainian defense forces repelled the assaults near 5 settlements.

Russia's army attacked in the Lyman direction six times. It tried to advance toward Nevske and Druzheliubivka.

In the Siversk direction, Ukrainian defenders rebuffed five Russian assaults near Verkhniokamianske. Russian aircraft attacked the community of Fedorivka with ten unguided missiles.

In the Kramatorsk direction, the Russian army attacked four times near Chasiv Yar and Stupochky.

In the Toretsk direction, Russian forces carried out six attacks near Nelipivka, Toretsk, and New York, with the support of aviation.

In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian defenders stopped 36 assault and offensive actions towards 8 settlements. The highest concentration of Russian attacks was reportedly near Hrodivka and Novohrodivka.

In the Kurakhove direction, the Ukraianian Defense Forces repelled 64 attacks. Russian troops were most actively trying to advance near Kostiantynivka and Heorhiivka, where about 75% of all the fighting took place. In addition, they attacked in the direction of Oleksandropol and Zhelanne Pershe.

In the Vremivka direction, Russia launched five assaults on Ukrainian positions near Vodiane and Zolota Nyva. It actively used attack and bombing aircraft to attack in the area.

In the Orikhiv direction, Russian troops attacked near Robotyne. They also carried out air strikes on Kamianske, Stepnohirsk and Shcherbaky.

In the Kherson direction, Russians attacked Ukrainian positions six times. They received a fierce response and suffered losses.

On the border with Belarus, no signs of Russian offensive groups were detected.

On the border with Chernihiv and Sumy regions, the Russian army is actively using artillery and aviation from the territory of the Russian Federation near Ukrainian settlements.

The operation in Kursk region

The General Staff notes that the Ukrainian military is inflicting significant losses in manpower and equipment on Russian forces and actively undermining Russia's offensive potential in the rear.

Over the past day, the Russian army lost 1,220 soldiers in the war in Ukraine. Ukrainian defenders destroyed 18 Russian tanks and 48 armored combat vehicles.
