Ukraine puts Putin's friends, Russian oligarchs Rotenbergs, on wanted list
Ukraine's Ministry of Internal Affairs has placed Russian oligarchs Arkady and Igor Rotenberg, who are close friends of Vladimir Putin, on the wanted list

The Department of Strategic Investigations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine has put Russian billionaire Arkady Rotenberg on the wanted list under Article 110-2, part 4 (Financing of actions committed with the aim of violent change or overthrow of the constitutional order or seizure of state power, change of the boundaries of the territory or state border of Ukraine), Article 209, part 3 (Article 209. Legalization (laundering) of the proceeds of crime committed by an organized group or on a particularly large scale) and Art. 212, Part 3 (Evasion of taxes, duties (mandatory payments) committed by a person previously convicted of tax evasion, duties (mandatory payments), or if they led to actual non-receipt of funds in particularly large amounts to budgets or state trust funds).
Ukraine's National Police is also searching for Arkady Rotenberg's son, Russian billionaire Igor Rotenberg, under the same articles.
