This was reported by the National Resistance Center.
"However, 'volunteers' in this case is a relative term, because young migrant workers from the Russian Federation receive money from Rosmolodyozh, the federal structure responsible for funding Kremlin youth projects. Currently, the Russians are actively issuing grants for "volunteering" in the temporarily occupied territories. In addition, they are funding esports and recreation projects for children. That is, in this way they are trying to both imitate "local support for the occupation" and assimilate young people," the NRC said.
