Russia subjects Mykolaiv to heavy shelling twice overnight

Occupying Russian forces shelled Mykolaiv twice overnight on September 27, damaging a number of civilian facilities.

Dmytro Pletenchuk, Regional Military Administration press officer, reports "Espreso.TV" live on air that Russians used two Tornado-S missiles during the shelling of Mykolayiv. These are modified "tornadoes" that blow over 100 km.

"Tornado-s" is a modification that hits at more than 100 km, the distance was significant.  As a rule, they strike from the occupied Kherson region," Pletenchuk noted.

There are no injuries but there is significant damage in the city center.

Earlier, the mayor of Mykolaiv, Oleksandr Sienkevych, reported on the shelling of Mykolayiv.

On the night of September 27, the city of Mykolayiv suffered twice from Russian shelling.

"We have hits in different areas of the city," Oleksandr Sienkovych wrote in Telegram.

Oleksandr Sienkovych called on compatriots to be as careful as possible and not to publish the addresses of arrivals on social networks.
