This was announced by the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Gaidai, in Telegram.
"At the Burachka checkpoint in the Pskov region, the Russians have not let out Ukrainian citizens who want to leave for four days... About 200 cars have gathered in the queue. People, including disabled people and small children, are in terrible conditions," he said.
According to the head of the Regional Military Administration, the refugees fear that after the illegal pseudo-referendums, they will not be released at all.
"They chose freedom, but the Russians create obstacles here as well. 1,000 Ukrainians fear for their lives, expecting reprisals from the occupiers," Gaidai added.
