This was reported by Delfi.
"Russia’s propaganda works quickly - they didn't like the fact that the day before yesterday Vilnius announced that it would allocate humanitarian aid to Ukrainian cities in the amount of EUR 700,000. Today they are spreading such a fake on the Internet - allegedly (Vilnius Mayor) Remigijus Šimašius said that Ukrainians liable for military service will be identified in Lithuania," Zukauskas said.
He added that this is a fake, invented by Russian propaganda, and that "neither Vilnius nor Lithuania have signed any agreements and will not sign any agreements, because Ukraine, unlike Russia, has enough men who want to defend their country."
