Russia should be severely punished for genocide of Ukrainians

Unpunished crime is an invitation to commit the next one, only punished evil will never revive in the future.

Putin is preparing for a long-term war with Ukraine. This means that Moscow is going to continue the genocide of Ukrainians. Putin's war can only end when his criminal regime falls. Until then, even if we manage to expel Russian troops from all Ukrainian territories captured since 2014, the "peace" with the Russian Federation will be only temporary. Any settlement will not reduce future risks for Ukraine unless it includes its rapid accession to NATO. The genocidal flywheel in Ukraine must be stopped once and for all. Because, as all previous experience of negotiations has shown, agreements with Russia turned out to be just fiction. Russia has never listened and will never listen to anything but brute force.

Putin's body language and often confusing statements during his public speeches make him look like a man who understands how deep he is in his own mess. He knows that he has been "beaten" and now it is time to increase pressure on Moscow, showing that it has no chance of winning the war with Ukraine.

At the same time, we must recognize that we are now in perhaps the most dangerous phase of the Russian-Ukrainian war. Putin is weakened and humiliated, short of weapons and ammunition, short of well-trained troops. The Russian population is tired of this tragic fiasco and increased sanctions. And when he failed to deceive Ukraine and the West with offers of "negotiations" for the sake of negotiations, now he may try to exacerbate this conflict in order to "justify" the use of tactical nuclear weapons in Ukraine. It should not be ruled out that the mad and selfish dictator is able to dare to enter into a direct confrontation with the United States and NATO, which is capable of dragging the world into World War III.

But Putin and the Russia he has built over more than 2 decades are in a different dimension than Western democracies. And each of his ill-considered threatening steps moves the dictator further and further away from the possibility to withdraw from the Ukrainian venture without catastrophic consequences for himself and the Russian Federation.

“In fact, Putin is preparing for the humiliating international suicide of Russia in front of the whole world. After all, no matter how much he has been trying to blackmail the free world, all his efforts eventually end in a complete fiasco for him.”

In fact, Putin is preparing for the humiliating international suicide of Russia in front of the whole world. After all, no matter how much he has been trying to blackmail the free world, all his efforts eventually end in a complete fiasco for him. He wanted to cut off the gas supply for Europe, and in the end, it all ended with the fact that Europeans have enough gas for the winter, and Moscow has nowhere to sell it.

Putin supporters are not able to understand what is happening beyond the borders of their "empire". They do not understand the Western world, they do not understand what motivates Ukrainians to fight for their freedom, they do not understand how capitalism differs from Putin's economic feudalism and free trade from oligarchic monopoly. The value of free competition, rather than the allocation of quotas from above to allow vassals to conduct economic activities, has always been assessed in the Kremlin as a Western whim. However, this is exactly what has backfired against them now.

The "leader of the nation" has brought the situation to such a deadlock that now the Russian Federation has a very small choice between a humiliating defeat or a humiliating withdrawal from all Ukrainian territories occupied since 2014. Russians hate us, but they hate themselves even more if they allow this lowlife to do whatever he wants with them.

“As long as Putin sits in the Kremlin, it is in vain to expect any realistic steps from Russia. Blinded by the veil of his greatness, the tyrant will fight for the destruction of Ukraine as long as it is possible for him.”

Putin has turned to the medieval practice of siege and terrorist tactics of trying to destroy Ukraine's critical infrastructure in winter, expecting that no matter how brave and patriotic Ukrainians are if they do not surrender to his demands, they will die of cold, dehydration, or disease. By pushing Ukraine to surrender, Moscow wants "peace talks" that would resolve the question of how much of the occupied Ukrainian territories would remain with Russia. This would mean that Ukraine abandons itself. To which Ukrainians will never agree.

As long as Putin sits in the Kremlin, it is in vain to expect any realistic steps from Russia. Blinded by the veil of his greatness, the tyrant will fight for the destruction of Ukraine as long as it is possible for him. Believing that this is his historical mission, which he has no right to abandon, no matter what happens next. Therefore, there is no alternative for him.

Some part of the Russian liberal opposition pushes the statement that only Putin is to blame for Russia's war in Ukraine, but the people have nothing to do with it because they have not been in power to make any decisions for a long time. In reality, this is not quite true. Most Russians support Putin and the idea that Russia has the right to occupy or control neighboring countries so that Russia can be protected from the "spiritually and morally inferior West." Although recently a new propaganda chip has been added to this; that NATO's only goal is to seize the territory of the Russian Federation.

Moscow is trying to maneuver politically, and there is no doubt that Russia would use any truce to replenish its coffers and arm itself for the second phase of the war in Ukraine. But a military defeat, massive unrest provoked by a large number of dead newly mobilized, sanctions and isolation of Russia will certainly bring the current Russian state to an end.

“Most Russians support Putin and the idea that Russia has the right to occupy or control neighboring countries so that Russia can be protected from the "spiritually and morally inferior West"

The West must be consistent and united in this. Now is the time when it is possible, through joint efforts with Ukraine, to put an end to the threat from the Russian Federation once and for all, and it will cease to exist in its current form. Otherwise, the whole European and world politics will be dominated by the active Russian threat for another 50 years. This great North Korea must be dismantled, and there is no alternative to this.

If you carefully analyze what theses have been voiced since 2014 and are voiced now by Putin's top "diplomats" Lavrov and Peskov, it is difficult not to notice that they are always saying the same thing, but in different words. Having started a war that it will never win, Russia has committed horrific war crimes, and now wants negotiations to achieve its original goals. It is hard to think of a greater absurdity.

A liar, a despot and a war criminal sits in the Kremlin. You cannot negotiate with people like Putin. He must be defeated on all fronts and destroyed. He has gone too far to start "peace talks" with him. The Russians must eliminate him before this country can be allowed to rejoin the human race. Moscow's version of ISIS, with nuclear capabilities, cannot continue to exist in the 21st century.

“A liar, a despot and a war criminal sits in the Kremlin. You cannot negotiate with someone like Putin. He must be defeated on all fronts and destroyed.”

Russia is made up of dubious characters in the ruling "elite" who have flared inferiority complexes and therefore want to be feared by the whole world. Russia must be destroyed militarily, economically and politically so that it never poses a threat to democratic countries again. Defeating the Russian Federation will be much cheaper than having a permanent enemy at the gates of your home. In the meantime, Russia must be isolated so that it no longer has any resources to continue such invasions in the future.

Putin spent the years of his presidency ensuring that all those involved in the functioning of his regime became his accomplices, and the population turned into a passive statistic that can only silently observe everything that the Kremlin sanctifies in his name.

“Without exception, the entire population of Russia is guilty of the genocide of Ukrainians. It is not about collective responsibility, but about collective involvement in the crimes of the Putin regime in Ukraine.”

Therefore, the entire population of Russia without exception is guilty of the genocide of Ukrainians. It is not about collective responsibility, but about collective involvement in the crimes of the Putin regime in Ukraine. The Russian Federation must suffer a heavy military defeat in the Russian-Ukrainian war. So that even the richest strata of its population could feel what it means to face reality. And to bear full responsibility for the genocide of the Ukrainian people.

Unpunished crime is an invitation to commit the next one, only punished evil will never revive in the future. This is how we should proceed when the collective West considers what to do next with Russia.
