Russia shells residential building in Kharkiv region; people may remain under rubble
Russian troops attacked the town of Shevchenkove, Kharkiv region, shelling a residential building

The deputy head of the President's Office, Kyrylo Tymoshenko, reported on the situation on Telegram.
"The town of Shevchenkove, Kupyansk district. Russian soldiers fired at a residential building once again," he said.
According to Tymoshenko, there may still be people under the rubble. The emergency services are currently working at the scene.
Later, the head of the Shevchenkove community, Valeriy Prykhodko, told Suspilne Kharkiv news outlet that 2 explosions were heard in the town: the first rang out at 10:22 p.m., the second half a minute later. There is no information regarding the targeted building or the number of people that may have been in it, as of yet.
